Great skin doesn’t need 10 products. Start with 3 steps, do them every day, and add more only when you need to.
☀️ Morning (3 steps)
Cleanse – wash your face with a gentle cleanser.
Moisturise – use a light moisturiser to keep your skin soft.
Sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) – the most important step. Sunscreen protects your skin and stops dark spots getting darker. Use it every day, even when it’s cloudy.
🌙 Night (3 steps)
Cleanse – wash off sunscreen, makeup and dirt.
Treat – use a serum or cream for your skin concern (see below).
Moisturise – lock everything in while you sleep.
Choose your treatment
Acne and breakouts: salicylic acid or azelaic acid
Dark spots and uneven tone: niacinamide, kojic acid, tranexamic acid or vitamin C
Dry skin: hyaluronic acid or ceramides
Oily skin and big pores: niacinamide or salicylic acid
3 golden rules
Start slow. Add one new product at a time, and give it 4–6 weeks to work.
Patch test first. Try new products on a small area of skin before using them on your whole face.
Never skip sunscreen, especially if you’re treating dark spots.
Niacinamide, azelaic acid, salicylic acid, retinol. Finally, a guide that explains what they actually do.
